Sound of Sight

A talk Radio show that addresses topics and issues of the blind and visually impaired.

Blind Ambitions Groups presents 'Sound of Sight' Listen to the Sound of Sight at any one of these places. American Council of the Blind Radio’s Mainstream www.acbradio.org and click on mainstream.

Next, you will select what media player you normally use. Then start listening. You can listen to this show starting Monday night at 9:00 pm this evening, and all day Tuesday again, starting at 12:00 am, 3:00 am 6:00 am,9:00 am, 12:00 noon, 3:00 pm, and finally at 6:00 pm.

If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you can tune in to the North Texas Radio for the Blind on Tuesday at 1:00 pm and repeat on Saturday at 12:00 Noon. This requires a special radio which you can obtain by calling the studios at (214) 871-7668.

The Sound of Sight will air on Wednesday on www.powerradio104.com on Wednesday at 12:00 noon

Did you know that North Texas has a beep Baseball team? We do and they are called the Lone Star Roadrunners. Coach Sam Mckinzie and the rest of the Roadrunners will be scrimmaging with two local softball teams to get warmed up for the nationals to be held in Rochester Minnesota on August first and second.   But they won't be there without some much needed funding. Coach Mckinzie talks about the game on Saturday and the things they will need to compete in the Nationals. Please take a day out for a great ball game and give with your hearts.

I never thought of it as the place to find the comfort I needed. Later I realized that was the one place I could go when all else was lost.
