Eyes on Employment

Starting Wednesday night at 7:00 pm Central Time, and all day Thursday, you can listen to Eyes On Employment on www.acbradio.org and click on mainstream. Next, you will select the media player you normally use. Then start listening.

You can listen to Eyes on Employment starting Wednesday evening at 7:00pm, 9:00pm and 11:00pm, and all day Thursday, starting at 1:00am, 3:00am, 5:00am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00 pm and finally at 5:00pm. If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you can tune in to the North Texas Radio for the Blind on Thursday at 1:00 pm. This same show will be repeated on Saturday at 1:00 pm. This requires a special radio which you can obtain by calling Reading and Radio Resources at the studios of the North Texas Radio for the Blind. That number is 214-871-7668. Ask them about listening on your PC!

It will air on www.powerradio104.com on Tuesday at 12:00 noon Central Time.

If in the Houston, Texas area, you can listen to the show on the Houston Taping for the Blind at 12:00 noon on Wednesdays.

You are going to do a survey on the patrons who own or work for the local businesses and ask them about their needs as a business for employees. You will even start with the owner of the coffee shop/café. When you are done, I want you to tell me how many people you met and how many jobs there are and how many you qualify based on the job descriptions.  You'll get the rest.
